The NICA TEAM is a network of churches, organizations, and individuals who partners with indigenous peoples in Central America. The base of operations is located in Rosita, one of the three mining communities in the central region of the Atlantic Coast. The region is home to three ethnic groups, the Miskito people, the Mayangna people, and Mestizos (Spanish speaking) settlers. The region is one of the least churched aresa of Nicaragua and one of the poorest.  NICA TEAM focuses on Serving Others, Training Leaders, and Sharing Christ.
