After a short term mission trip to the Dominican Republic in 2004, the Lord called Karen and Bud Simon to full-time ministry in this region. Bud’s construction background has been a major benefit that the Lord has used in the building of a vocational school, a church, and a variety of homes needing repairs for the poor in the village surrounding the church. Their holistic ministry has called them to make disciples through bible study, teaching, preaching, sports ministry, counseling, hospitality, medical, children’s ministry and to stand in the gap where needed.
