Josh and Jennifer Hire along with their 3 children, Lucy, Henry, and Maggie have been serving in the northern jungles of Peru since August 2016. Josh is the director of the Shawi Discipleship Center, a training center for church leaders in the Shawi tribe. We also participate in advocacy for our Shawi brothers and sisters, including areas of healthcare, clean water, and agricultural development. Our vision is to see a self-governing, self-replicating, self-supporting church with leaders grounded in kingdom principles.
