Sarah and Moisés Amador worked in Christian education and ministry in Nicaragua until 2018. After moving stateside, Sarah is now a consultant for MVI’s Christian Education initiative, working on continued coaching and support of educational leaders in Nicaragua, and the collaborative development of a new school strengthening program for Latin America called Senderos. She has worked as both a teacher and administrator for multiple years. She is passionate about using coaching to empower leaders, designing professional development opportunities for teachers and leaders, and helping schools create truly inclusive educational experiences for disabled students.
