Fred and Wilma Flintstone

Missionaries in United States

Fred and Wilma Flintstone each came to know the Lord Jesus at a very young age. Wilma spent her childhood living in Mozambique and Zimbabwe where her father was a medical missionary. This exposure to poverty and the active role of missions left Wilma with a strong desire to study nursing and return to continue her father's work helping others improve their health, physically and spiritually. Fred's faith in Christ and love of the mission field deepened during his high school years when each summer his father would take him on a short mission strip sponsored by his church.  He later graduated from Bedrock State University with a Degree in International Affairs.  Wilma graduated from the University of Central Stoneberg with a Bachelor Degree in Nursing.

They have two children: a daughter, Pebbles, who is three years old, and an adopted son, BamBam, who is now one.  Their beloved pet is Dino.
