Jonathon volunteered with MVI in Guatemala for several years in the mid-2000s. He met Monica while working in Alaska and they were soon married. The Gaige family joined MVI in 2018. They live near Baños, Ecuador and have four, soon to be five, kids. They work primarily with Ana Galido at Casa TAO, a home for teen moms, where they use their backgrounds in construction/ maintenance, cooking, baking, and accounting. Their ministry also includes community visits, helping pastors, evangelists, and neighbors with mechanical and construction needs, and looking for opportunities to serve others through the love of Christ.
