Jennifer and Pablo Pilpe, with their daughter Ciara, have been serving in Quito, Ecuador since 2022.  After 20 years of serving full-time in the K-12 education world, Jennifer launched an educational consulting firm, Raíces Educational Solutions, in 2024. The mission of Raíces is to provide targeted, practical educational training to strengthen biblical worldview integration and to improve teachers’ instructional practices in Ecuador and throughout Latin America. Through teacher training in schools and at the higher education level, Jennifer and Pablo envision being part of a team to start a Christian university in Ecuador that equips the next generation to impact the region for Christ through their vocation. As they join the MVI family, Jennifer will be participating in a new initiative to provide mentoring to Christian school leaders through MVI's Pathway to School Strengthening (PaSS) program.
