Chris and Kristin have been educators for decades. In 2017 they decided to follow the calling from the Lord to open a school that would focus in having Christ in it, Discovery Academy. The school is unique in that it teaches all subjects in English in a Spanish speaking country. This has opened doors to more than 200 families to hear the gospel. People come for the language and education, and God willing leave with a change in their eternal future. 

The mission is very clear to bring Christ centered education to Latin America. Ecuador is the start and God willing the 300 million youth in other countries of Latin America can be reached in the near future with this Vision. 

Aali, Abby and Ame have been a crucial part in all the work that is involved in opening the school, from a young age they have been often pictured with a paint brush, sanding, carrying furniture, cutting tracing, babysitting and so much more around the school.
